Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026 · Applies to the presentation pages of vuxell.com.

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is MILEX SAS, 22 rue Rapp, 68000 Colmar, France, publisher of the VuXell video surveillance software. For any questions: info@milex.fr.

2. What the site records on its own

The presentation pages of this site do not place any cookies, third-party analytics trackers, or ad pixels. They do not build any browsing profile.

Like any website accessible on the Internet, the servers hosting it technically log the received requests—IP address, requested page, date—to ensure the service and protect it from abuse. These logs are not used for commercial purposes.

3. The contact form

The form on the homepage is the only place on the presentation pages where you send us data, and only the data you enter.

  • Data collected: email address (the only mandatory field), and if you provide them: name, company name, phone number, message. The site’s reading language and campaign parameters present in the page URL (utm_*) are included to understand how you found us and in which language to respond.
  • Purpose: to respond to your request—invitation, demonstration, or information—and to follow up on the matter.
  • Legal basis: your request, i.e., the pre-contractual measures taken at your initiative, and our legitimate interest in responding to an incoming commercial inquiry.
  • Recipients: the request is recorded as a commercial opportunity in Milex SAS’s ForXell instance, hosted by Microsoft Azure in France (France Central region). It is neither sold, transferred, nor shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
  • Retention period: three years from the last exchange, then deletion or anonymization.

4. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the French "Informatique et Libertés" law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to info@milex.fr or to MILEX SAS, 22 rue Rapp, 68000 Colmar. Simply request it: we will delete your address without requiring justification. You may also file a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country; in France, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

5. Data in the VuXell console

This document only concerns the presentation pages. The data a company entrusts to the VuXell console—accounts, sites, cameras, logs, searches—belongs to that company: it is the data controller, and Milex SAS acts as a processor under Article 28 of the GDPR, within the framework of the subscription contract. Video recordings remain on the client’s equipment; a clip only leaves the site for a search explicitly requested by the client.

6. Updates

This policy may be updated; the date at the top of the page is authoritative. Substantial changes will be indicated on this page.
